- PLEASE DO NOT MOVE OUT EARLIER THAN 2:30 PM!
- Please respect the sessions taking place on the show floor and attendees who want a last touchpoint with you.

Our Show Mobile App is live and we want you to shine bright for attendees to see!
Make sure to update your Exhibitor Profile on Whova (your company’s main contact should have received emails with login information).
If you’re also a Sponsor, please make sure to also update your Sponsor Profile so your logo/company information appears where Sponsors are highlighted.

Hotel Information
The official CFX hotel is the Marriott Chattanooga Downtown, attached to the convention center. Rooms are filling up fast, so don’t miss your chance!
Please remember we will NEVER ask you to book through any other company other than what’s posted here on our website. If you receive a phone call or email from anyone asking you to book through them, DO NOT BOOK THERE! They are scammers; please send their information to us immediately.
Lead Retrieval & Booth Staff Registration
The main Point of Contact (POC) for your company will be registered through our new event platform, Whova. Be on the lookout for an email with instructions on how to complete your Exhibitor Profile.
Whova allows you greater opportunities to engage with attendees and generate leads. We’re excited to offer this opportunity to you!
Lead Retrieval is included in the Whova app, but you must register your booth staff members to have access.
To register your booth staff, please follow the link below. Your booth staff will need to be registered to have access to lead retrievals.
Unsure if you’re registered? Check your Exhibitor Profile in the Whova app (link and login info sent to company main contact).

We know you may have questions about the details of being an exhibitor at the CFX + Capture Summit event. We want you to be fully informed and well taken care of as you partner with us.
Collaborative Social Posts
Instagram’s option to have one social post shared collaboratively on two different accounts is a great way to help spread the word! As we begin sharing exhibitor highlights on our social media accounts, we’d like to amp things up for a greater reach.
If you receive an Instagram DM requesting your permission to collaboratively post something we’re sharing onto your account also, all you have to do is click “Accept” and it will cross post on both accounts!
If you choose not to accept it, our feelings won’t be hurt, but we will be sad about all the people in your network who may miss hearing about your participation at CFX 2025.
Networking Reception – You’re Invited!
Our attendees love networking opportunities, and they would love to network with you! We invite you to attend our Networking Reception held on Tuesday, September 23rd from 5:45 – 6:45 PM. Located in the North Entry (near Registration), this is your opportunity to connect with attendees, presenters, and of course…other exhibitors. Light hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be available (cash bar for additional beverages).
What’s Included in Your Booth?
Items included per 10’x10’ booth:
- 8′ High Backwall Drape with 3′ High Sidewall Drape
- 7″ x 44″ Cardstock Identification Sign
Larger booths may also include these items, with the exception of island booths, which do not.

Attendee Lists
Per our policy, we do not provide attendee lists for exhibitors pre- or post-show. If you receive a message from someone trying to sell attendee lists to you, this is a SCAM and you should not respond.
The exception to attendee lists is for sponsors; we will send you the leads from the deliverables listed in your sponsorship agreement after the show is over.
If you would like to get to know attendees before the event, please check out the Whova app to get a sense of attendees coming.
Promo Videos
We would love to help you create videos to share with your network and with ours, promoting your session at CFX!
Just click on the link, follow the prompts, hit record (it’s okay if you mess up, just keep going…we’ll take care of the editing), then submit your video! We’ll get it edited and sent back to you to share with your networks.
