Randy Milbrath is the architect and market leader in church design at RDG Planning & Design, which has earned international acclaim for its work on church facilities. A native of Iowa, Mr. Milbrath earned his architectural degree from Iowa State University in 1987. He joined RDG in 2005 where he is now a senior partner with over 30 years of professional experience in programming, master planning, building and ecclesiastical furnishings design. Since 1990 he has worked primarily with faith communities both locally and nationally including recent projects for St. Paul University Catholic Center in Madison, WI and the Relevant Center in Omaha, NE. Mr. Milbrath serves as a board member of Cathedral Arts Project and various church-related boards locally. He has presented at church and liturgical conferences on topics ranging from art and environment to overcoming physical challenges in our facilities. His desire is to increasingly help clients implement collaborative approaches to design, stewardship and financial health in undertaking a construction project. This approach removes uncertainties that hinder faith communities and will energize their ministry and purpose.
