Originally from Ohio, Aaron has a degree in Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati and has been married to his wife, Jessica, for twenty-five years.

At Churches by Daniels, Alaina Butler is responsible for marketing, communication, business development, and fostering an environment of long-term relationships both with vendors and clients. Her creative approach to life offers a new perspective in every project. She directs media relations, branding, advertisement, web development, events and partnerships. Her background in photography, graphic design, and content creation has lent itself well to the task of redesigning and expanding our marketing materials since coming on board in 2017 and publishing our annual magazine since 2020.

Charlie Daniels, Owner and Founder of Churches by Daniels, has worked in construction his entire life. While attending Rhema Bible College in the 1980s, he was asked to use his background in construction to manage their project: a 250,000 square-foot, 5000 seat sanctuary, and Churches by Daniels was born. Charlie is licensed and bonded in 48 states and is dedicated to being the premier resource to pastors and staff, utilizing his experience to help churches “rise up and build.” (Neh. 2:18)
