    Ministry Leader & Speaker

Bri Johns is a pastor, speaker, writer, and leader with over 20 years’ ministry experience in multisite church ministry, leadership development, and creative teaching. She began her career as a producer for ABC’s Radio Disney, hoping to become a famous radio dj, but later realized that God was calling her to use her gifts in communication to help others discover and live out their unique purpose.

Bri has led successful ministries serving teenagers, young ministry leaders, women, musicians, and creatives. She now leans fully into her passion of writing, speaking, and leadership coaching.

Bri is the Leadership Director for the Women Speakers Collective, an organization that liberates and develops female speakers around the globe. She’s also a regular speaker for Christ in Youth, a national youth conference that inspires teens to follow Jesus and engage in the call of Kingdom Work. When she’s not coaching or storytelling to groups across the country, she spends her time making memories with husband Jake, and two boys, Brody and Deacan.

“What an honor to get to be with incredible leaders, creatives, production teams, and pastors who serve the church and its mission every single week! I’m excited to be a speaker for CFX and share about our unique passion for the church to experience Jesus in a transformative way!” –Bri Johns

Creating Church In Today’s Cultural Climate

Technology and creativity are vehicles to deliver a message of hope, grace, and love, but they are only as affective as the vision and heart of its leaders to engage a weary world. In this session, we’ll discuss how church leaders must shift from year-long planning and programming, to what Bri Johns calls an engaging SNL church culture.

Church leaders will discuss and learn more about:

  • Leading proactively in church service creation as culture shifts
  • Bridging the gaps between the believer and the non-believer in the pews
  • Creating for transformation not information
  • Providing a space of rest and breath for people living in the midst of disruptive and challenging times
