    Director of Law Enforcement Engagement at ASR

    Mr. Cross has diversified experience in Law Enforcement and multiple positions in defense contracting where much of his work was DOD-facing. He has vast experience as an operational planner, coordinator and manager of large-scale operations from initial conception through final delivery. Mr. Cross has conducted Infrastructure Risk/Vulnerability Assessments, Design and Management of Security Programs, Event Security, Personal Protection Services and Active Shooter Response and Situational Awareness Training. Mr. Cross is also a Quality Assurance Manager where he formulates and establishes DOD and company quality systems for ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO20001, ISO 9001, ISO 22301, AS9100.

    Mr. Cross now serves as the Director of Law Enforcement Engagement for ASR. Working directly with first responders across the United States, he provides information on the ASR Alert System and attends conferences and meetings as an ASR subject matter expert on Law Enforcement. He possesses comprehensive practical applications as a manager/instructor in Active Shooter Response, Situational Awareness, enhancing the capacity to understand and react to the dynamics of random and threatening events.

    Over the years, Jon has served City United Church in Lunenburg, MA as their Director of Security, as well as trained numerous houses of worship and Christian camps from around the United States.

    Jon is driven by one mission and that is the preservation of human life. The motto “Serve and Protect” is engrained into everything that Mr. Cross does both personally and professionally.
