Women have contributed much to the ministry of the Church throughout its history. However, their role in this area has never been free from controversy. According to research, women make up two-thirds of the church and only one-tenth of the leadership. The representation of women in church leadership enriches leaders and helps members on multiple levels. Join Natolie Warren, ministry leader and psychotherapist, and Eric Byrd, worship pastor, college instructor and leadership consultant, in a unique conversation about the challenges, opportunities and paradigm shifts necessary for women to create space to be leaders, and the impact this has on the Church.
