CFX Leadership Collectives

Monday, October 21st, 2:00 – 4:00 PM; Tuesday, October 22nd, Time TBD; and Wednesday, October 23rd, 2:00-4:00 PM

At CFX, we know that it can be easy to feel isolated in your role, and we also know you have some unique challenges that no one else in the church faces. These Leadership Collectives will enable you to discover not only how to create a customized strategy plan created specifically for your needs, but you’ll also become part of a community of people who understand you and what you do.

Here’s how it works. Prior to the conference, you’ll be asked to fill out a survey to help us better understand your needs and goals. When you arrive at CFX on Monday, October 21st, you’ll have multiple opportunities to work with a group of other church leaders with similar roles to collaborate and find solutions to your problems. As you work together throughout the conference, you’ll form lasting relationships and discover mentoring opportunities; we encourage you to stay connected during and after the event!

Our expert coaches will give you best practices and advice on how to solve various issues, and then you’ll have time to work together with your Collective and your coaches to create your unique action plan to implement in your church. After the event, we’ll provide some follow-up touchpoints with your coaches for added support and encouragement.

Our prayer is that you’ll walk away encouraged and emboldened to handle the challenges you’re facing today and to know that you’re not alone in your journey.

The Facilities Manager Leadership Collective aims to cultivate a collaborative environment for the exchange and discussion of best practices and strategies for effective facilities stewardship. This collective brings together individuals serving in churches who manage the stewardship and operations of the church facilities, such as the Facilities Manager/Director/Supervisor or Operations Director. Our primary objective is fostering mutual learning to equip you with practical strategies that will elevate your facility stewardship leadership practices, ensuring the long-term sustainability and effectiveness of your church facilities ministry.

The Executive Pastor Leadership Collective focuses on people development and creating environments for success while also providing support and best practices for the management of the operational areas in church. Our goal in this Collective is to serve Executive Pastors, Pastors, Directors of Operations, and Administrators who are looking to build thriving teams of people who execute with excellence and love serving together, and who want to develop systems and processes for their churches to help them focus on the greater mission without worrying about the day-to-day operations. Whether you’re new in your role and trying to figure out how to do it well, or if you’re a seasoned veteran looking for new ideas, there will be opportunities for everyone to grow.

The Worship & Tech Director Leadership Collective focuses on creating a healthy team culture within your production and worship teams. This Collective is for Worship and Tech Directors and Leaders looking to build thriving teams of people who serve with excellence while serving each other. If you’re starting as a new leader, working to develop an existing team into a tighter and more educated group of volunteers, or wanting to maintain sanity in a busy leadership role, this Collective is for you. Through our time together, you’ll learn how to identify and work through challenges, discover how to be a stronger leader, and leave with a solid action plan.
