This session will demonstrate how to make and repair various types of digital and analog cables that might be used in house of worship settings, including multiple types of audio cables and also digital and network cables. Watch Derek Bjelland prepare a cable and solder connectors to ensure a quality connection when the cable is used. You will also watch him repair different types of damage to cables, both in the middle of a cord and also repair and replace various types of ends.

The class will cover the necessary tools and products to repair cables as well as safety and techniques to ensure a safe repair environment. You will also learn how to diagnose issues with cables that you might not be able to see with the naked eye.

If participants want to bring one or two cables from their home church that are not working, Derek would be happy to walk them through the diagnosis and repair process for their cables.
